We cannot accept any liability whatever for loss or damage sustained to any watch or other item sent to us until they arrive safely on our premises. Therefore, please ensure you have all items adequately insured before sending them to us.

All watches are covered by twelve months guarantee from date of invoice against faulty workmanship following full overhaul and service. We regret no guarantee can be offered with part jobs.
Accidental damage, misuse, negligence, water damage and mainspring failure - including consequential damage - are not covered.
Unless otherwise stated in writing on the invoice no guarantee of water resistance is given or implied. Water resistance is not a permanent characteristic of any watch. Any water resistant watch should be checked at regular intervals in order to maintain its maximum degree of water resistance.
